The Five People You Meet in Heaven by Mitch Albom (Fiction)

This book is about five people you meet in heaven. Those people are
people that you have affected one way or another. Some people you
may have killed some you may have saved. But everything happens
for a reason. Some of the people he meets where the blue man a
person he accidentally killed when he was a little kid. He meets
his wife that died to cancer and meet his dad who was very mean
to him. But he learned that the way his father was mean to him
shaped him to be the person he is today. In the book he was sent
to war and in war there was this big fire and, in the fire, he saw this little girl run in and he never got time to save the girl because he had to get out. That happened for a reason the girl ended up helping him later. If he helped the girl his life would be different, he might not have met the people that he meets he might not have worked where he worked. He might have died and he might not have been able to do the things he did. This book was good. I like how it was about heaven and people do not know much about heaven. I also like the book because it was written different it talked about what was going on and then it jumped to talking about memories from his birthday and then back to what was going on.

I think people in grades 8th through 12th would like the book. I think that because the book could get complicated at some points. The book made me happy and sad at points because there were a lot of deaths but the all meant something to the end results so that made me happy. I
made me think of what heaven is acutely like. Heaven could be how it is portrayed in the book or it could be different than what the book says it could be like. It also made me think who I would see in heaven. I still have a lot of time ahead of me so there could be a lot of different people I meet in heaven. Also, would a lot of people die in my life like in the book or will me life be different than that.
