Charlie Thorne and the Last Equation by Stuart Gibbs (Action Adventure)

Charlie Thorne and the Last Equation is a page turner. It is a first of three books so far and I feel there are more to come. Charlie Thorne is an absolute genius that knows more than 20 languages. She is a normal 13 year old when you look at her, but she has a wild brain causing her to breeze through college tests. However the CIA has different plans for her. They tell her that Einstein has left something: Pandora. An equation that solves the worst of earth’s problems but, if fallen into the wrong hands, it will have everyone at its mercy. The CIA members Dante Garcia and Milana Moon want the young prodigy to help them find the equation before the evil organization does. This book has tons of action and Charlie goes on many daring missions throughout the series. With the most powerful equation in the world at stake, Charlie finds herself determined to find it. However, there are some obstacles blocking the way. Charlie and the CIA have to outsmart the enemy and crack intense codes to find Pandora. The characters go many places but the story starts in Colorado, where Charlie attends University. Then the CIA picks her up and they fly to Jerusalem for the remainder of the book. Can they find the equation before the evil organization does?

This book was very cool and I’d recommend it to people who like action, adventure and mystery stories. The author leaves the reader with many questions with every page turn. I would also recommend this book and the series to travelers because Charlie goes many places around the world. Charlie Thorne is the last choice for the CIA and they give her a chance. Charlie gets herself through lots of dangerous problems and pretty soon everyone is after her. The book is slow at the start but the rest is perfection. Overall the book is amazing and I’d rate it 10/10. You won’t be sorry if you give this book a chance.

She has always kept these mental illnesses from her friends because she was scared of what they would think. Her mind is constantly filled with dark thoughts and worries that she can’t let go off or turn off. Daily life is a struggle because she constantly questions her every action, idea, and statement. It also doesn't help that her lifelong friends will become toxic at the first sign of a wrong outfit, wrong lunch, or wrong crush. Samantha is aware that it would be insane for her to leave the safety of the most well-liked students. Samantha feels a strong attraction to Caroline as soon as they meet. Caroline stands out from the crowd because she doesn't wear makeup and doesn't care what people think of her appearance. Her lack of judgment and focus solely on friendship is like a breath of fresh air. Samantha meets up with some of Caro
